Following on from yesterday’s post about using Twitter to grow your business, a great way to promote your personal or business brand and really make you stand out from the crowd is to create a custom background for your Twitter profile.

The space in your Twitter background gives you the opportunity to tell people about you, what you do and how they can contact you outside of Twitter.

The article also mentions about customising your YouTube channel and MySpace profile, but I was more interested in the Twitter reference for this post.
