Testimonials & Client Stories

Over the years we have created many websites, too many to feature. In order to avoid this turning into a big list of largely older websites we have selected a few old and new, to give you an idea of what we can do. Please send us your testimonial or story for inclusion.

Flixton Community Band

Flixton Community Band is one of two bands, both run as a charity organisation. The community band teaches and supports brass musicians of all backgrounds, age groups and abilities. Based in flixton they needed an online presence and were just a mention on their main bands website. This new website of their own is fully mobile compliant and SSL protected and will enable them to effectively promote their own message.

Conwy Town Cottages

Theresa & Martin decided to take a chance and buy and renovate a cottage in Conwy Town, next door to the one they had bought a few years earlier as a holiday home. With the new cottage their aim was to rent it out to holidaymakers. The website needed to be clean and visual to show off the great job they did of renovating it. Not only that, the website was to be used as a marketing tool in conjunction with other cottage rental services online.

2QT Publishing

Catherine at 2QT Publishing has been a valued customer since 2009 and she has had two website developments from us in that time. The latest brief was to fully update her independent publishing website. Her business had grown and like most websites these days it had to work on mobile devices. We created a modern looking responsive website with a very clear call-to-action. The main purpose of the website is to demonstrate the publishing services on offer and the website also features a book slider on the home page to feature her authors. The website hosts a blog and prompts users to get in touch or learn more as soon as they arrive at the website.

Martin Connors

Over the last eighteen months, Web Centric 360 has proven to be an integral part of our business development. Our sales have increased by almost 20% due to their diligence and hard work. Their continuing support and guidance remains to be both productive and beneficial.”

Nip and Tipple Bar

The Nip and Tipple Bar needed a mobile friendly showcase to not only put across the atmosphere and feel of the bar, but to also communicate with customers interested in the food and drinks that were on offer.

The colour scheme and logo was taken from their existing branding and the great pictures they had were used throughout the website. The feel is warm, friendly and inviting, just like the people who run the Nip and Tipple bar.

Ann Cunningham

Having attempted to set up my own website with a book and a lot of time to spare I was relatively pleased with the results. It had taken days and days and I wasn’t all that sure of how I had done most of it, but at least we had a presence on the web, albeit somewhat static.

It was when we got busy and we needed the website to do more than just sit occupying a well needed place in cyberspace that things got tricky. I got lost in the maze of galleries, updates, tags and meta things. I had no idea how to maximise our search engine potential and I didn’t have the time to find out as well as running a brand new business.

Thankfully, Lee and Adam came to see us and within half an hour they had very calmly talked us through what we could have, at what price and in what time. No mystery and no attempt to extort ridiculous amounts of money from people who had clearly lost the virtual will to surf. They went away with a clear idea of what we wanted and in no time we had a website that allowed us to advertise our stuff without the panic of breaking it. They went the extra mile with advice on how to populate copy with key words and the tutorial videos you get as part of the deal to help you in the future are brilliant.

I have recommended them to many friends and customers and will continue to do so.”

Regas Any Car

My mechanic Mike had added a car air conditioning recharge service to his garage. He needed to get the word out and a website was the most cost effective choice for him. He wanted something simple that did not have too many pages and he wanted his location, contact details and opening times to be prominent. Not only that, he had a short infomercial video on YouTube that needed to be featured on the website. This website has quite a traditional look, but is fully mobile compliant.

Susan Evans

Web Centric 360 provided me with a fantastic website. They were very knowledgeable about how to make a website look good but also how to make it work.

They made my perfect website just how I wanted it whilst also giving suggestions for improvements which worked a treat.

They offered help every step of the way and their constant support has helped me create a good looking, interactive and profitable website.

KJ Bookkeeping

Kelly was starting out with a new business venture. As an experienced accountant and bookkeeper she wanted to start working for herself and an online presence was essential. As a new business we kept within her budget and created a simple, clean and modern mobile friendly website for her services.

We also helped her with a logo design and managed to create a brand look that really works for her line of business. The information on the website is laid out well with several stock photos that really lift the content.

Emily Pitts

Thank you both for creating an amazing website for me and my business.

What you’ve done is managed to take my many ideas for the site and realise them in a practical and coherent way that really works. I have had some great feedback about the site already and it’s only been up and running for about a month. The speed with which you produced the site was amazing – it took shape so quickly and you were really responsive to suggestions and changes.

I liked the way that you provided such a personal level of service where we worked together and your knowledge fed into my ideas. It has created a unique site that totally fulfills my needs and has far exceeded all my expectations. You are extremely knowledgeable and receptive and that placed your services way above any other web design services I’ve seen.

The other aspect that I found incredibly useful was the web tutorials. They enabled me to work at my own pace the get to grips with the functionality of the site and to make the most of the site by developing all areas. It was a great visual way to learn whilst doing, also being able to go back again and again to consolidate and become confident with the functions.

With you at the end of the phone and on email I felt completely confident throughout the whole process. You’ve gone the extra mile to make the site work for me and I can’t thank you enough for your hard work. The after-service you’ve provided has been the best I’ve had from any company – with really quick responses and a willingness to research things which I was not confident or able to find out about myself. I can’t recommend you highly enough – the website speaks for itself.”

On Hold Messaging Direct

This is an online service where you can book a voice over to record the audio for your telephone. The website had to be mobile friendly, modern and easy to navigate. Music and voice over demos had to be playable and accessible along with a range of packages that can be bought instantly using the ecommerce system. Many different page layouts were used including pricing tables, blocked sections, audio demos and a rotating logo slider. This website also uses a blog for marketing purposes.

Robert Auty

I had a good, but non functioning website to promote my novels and writing, however it soon became apparent that to make any changes or updates was going to be very expensive, and so I asked Lee at WebCentric360 to take a look and see what he could do. With little fuss, and expense, Lee and WebCentric360 took the core design of my existing website and reproduced it in an all functioning, blogging, selling website that more than suits my needs. I can update as I wish, have a functioning online shop and can make changes as I wish, all backed up by WebCentric. They are only a phone call away at most times of the day and support is included in a small monthly fee. An excellent service, highly recommended.

Women Climb

Women Climb was the dream of Emily, who wanted to create a website that catered just for women climbers. The aim of the website was to encourage and educate women climbers of all ages and abilities through a website and blog of useful and inspiring content. The long term aim was to build a loyal audience and to start selling courses via a private membership area within the website. The website had to generate income for it to be sustainable and the paid for membership area facilitates this.

Ompathy

Polmassick Vineyard

Polmassick Vineyard is a small family run vineyard located in the beautiful Cornish countryside. They are open to the public and also create a small number of bottles of wine each year. They had no online presence and the website was created to enable people to find them online and find location details in order to visit. The website is clean and mirrors the design of the wine bottle label. The website needed to be friendly and inviting so that people would feel comfortable in visiting.

Charles Cridland

If you want a WordPress website then I’d highly recommended Web Centric 360.

Right from the start Adam and Lee were incredibly helpful, offering many suggestions and different options for switching my site over to a new design in WordPress.

The whole process was so simple, I always always kept updated about what was happening, and I really got the feeling that they would go the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect, something that I haven’t always been able to say about other web designers unfortunately.

Web Centric 360 certainly come very highly recommended from me.”

Media Music Now Blog

Media Music Now sells royalty free music, sound effects, voice overs and audio production services to the media industry. The brief for the blog was simple. The Blog needed to be clear and magazine-like in style so that people could browse the home screen and pick items of interest to read.  It also has a side bar with a Twitter feed integration along with all of the usual social media options.

Walk Mill Flour

Walk Mill is a renovated mill in Cheshire. It is a family owned mill that was renovated and opened to the public. They have a cafe and make their own bread from their own flour, grown and milled onsite. There website shows many pictures added as a gallery that can be browsed by users.
